The section focuses on e-learning around eight themes defined on the basis of the CIVIC GREEN Competence Framework. Developed educational content, incorporating microlearning principles, provides for flexible learning designed to achieve the learning outcomes structured in the Competences Framework to enhance democratic civic participation.

The 8 modules support building sustainable innovations in the sense that they will make adult education better and more open, and also establish new markets for learners who are not served by educational providers.
